BPN provides international money transfer services in cooperation with Western Union.
Western Union® money transfer service is a unique service because of its convenience. The money reaches the recipient within minutes and the recipient can easily withdraw the money without the need for a bank account. It stands out with its "safety, convenience and speed of service" features and its wide distribution network around the world connects different languages, cultures and people.
For more than 150 years, Western Union® has an extensive money transfer network at approximately 520.000 points worldwide and enables money transfers to more than 200 countries.
BPN signed a long-term agreement with Western Union France in 2012. With this agreement, Western Union started to serve at retail points in Turkey in cooperation with BPN. Western Union providing services at retail points means making effortless and secure money transfers to all over the world within minutes, even on weekends and public holidays, even outside working hours, without the need for a bank account.
Sending Money with Western Union
- You need to be registered at BPN points to be able to make Money Transfer by phone. You can quickly create your registration by going to the closest BPN point only once.
- Our previous money transfer customers* from BPN do not need to register at BPN points. They can quickly perform “money transfer by phone” by calling our Transaction Center directly.
- Our customers, who previously performed only domestic money transfers from BPN points, must go to the nearest BPN point and create a one-time registration in order to make international money transfers by phone.
- In order to make Money Transfer byphone; you must be a registered customer and you must have a valid mobile number, e-mail account and a bank account in your name for verification.
