To send money abroad with Western Union:
1- Go to your nearest Western Union service point. Visit “our representatives” page to find the nearest BPN representative location.
2- Completely and accurately fill out the money transfer form with Western Union.
3- Submit the Western Union money transfer form you filled out, your valid identity card, the money you will send in TL, Euro or US Dollar currencies, and the Western Union commission fee to the officer who will make your Western Union transaction. You can choose the currency to be sent to the recipient with Western Union, and if you wish, the recipient can receive the money in a different currency than the currency you sent. 4- The officer who performed your Western Union transaction will complete the necessary processes for your transaction and will give you a receipt for you to sign. Sign the receipt and hand over a single copy to the officer. The other copy remains with you as a receipt for your transaction. On the receipt MTCN is written which is a kind of transaction number that is determined specifically for each transaction, which the other party will need to receive the money.
5- Your money transfer transaction abroad is completed successfully with Western Union. Share the MTCN information with the recipient you sent the money. Don't forget that you should never share MTCN with third parties for your security.
1- Visit your nearest BPN point to get Western Union service. (To find your nearest BPN representative point, visit our representatives)
2- Completely and accurately fill out Western Union money transfer form. The form will contain the necessary information such as the sender's name and surname, the country where the money via Western Union, the amount and currency sent, MTCN number and your contact information.
3- Give your Western Union money transfer form and your valid identity card to the person who will deal with your Western Union transaction.
4- The officer who assists you with your Western Union transaction, by checking the shipment, your identity and the information you have provided, performs the transaction of receiving money with Western Union and give the transaction receipt, one of which will remain with you, and you hand over the signed receipt to the officer.
5- The officer who performs your Western Union transaction will deliver the amount sent to you on your behalf. With Western Union, you can receive the amount received from abroad in one of the currencies of TL, Euro or American Dollar.
6- Your money transfer process from abroad is completed successfully with Western Union.Different identity types can be accepted for citizens of the Republic of Turkey and citizens of other countries in order to make Western Union transactions.
